Hello!!

I need your help.

I have Xperia Z3 (D6603) and use the phone in Japanese.

And I also subscribe the Amazon Prime so I would like to take advantage of Amazon Music.

But when I download the Amazon Music app, it download in Japan version of Amazon.

I tried and changed the language setting in English and download the app but still download in Japanese version..

Would you please someone help me how to download the English version of Amazon Music App??

My billing address is already US...

I chated the customer service but they could not get it resolove either.

They are sending this issue to techical support so we will see what happens.

That's crazy, you could flash the phone with the global generic firmware but I doubt the issue is the phone, its an amazon issue

I just had it on my other z3, but t-mobile swapped it out because it wouldn't send texts... I used that app every day!!

I can't download in English. I heard it's taking time for Sony to accept amazon songs. Hope so. Inc returning my phone off they don't.
