Hello!!

I need your help.

I have Xperia Z3 (D6603) and use the phone in Japanese.

And I also subscribe the Amazon Prime so I would like to take advantage of Amazon Music.

But when I download the Amazon Music app, it download in Japan version of Amazon.

I tried and changed the language setting in English and download the app but still download in Japanese version..

Would you please someone help me how to download the English version of Amazon Music App??

Have you checked under the app settings, it might have an option, if not then it might be a regional restriction

I tried but did not have or found the region setting for Music app... and I live in US so it should download US verion...

But I guess phone is in Japanese, somehow it does not download in US version...

As I expected, they are no help....

I described the problem saying that after changing language setting to English, still does not downloaded the US version.

Their repsonse= change the language setting and should be able to download the US version...

That's crazy, what if you change the time zone?

well time zone is already set to PST...

I downloaded the app and after opening it, asking me the billing information just in case purchasing the music...

somehow even though my lauguage setting is English, country under billing address is in Japan. and I can not change it..

I think that is the problem but I dont know how to fix it.

What if you access your amazon account on a computer directly on the website and edit the billing address
