Divert

How does one enable divert to voice mail on this phone running Android 4.0.4? I have my voice mail number set up, and the manual references the word divert on page 34, but there isn't anything apparently relevant on that page and when I call my number, it never goes to voice mail.

Note I don't want to forward calls, but they should go to voice mail after a certain number of rings. There's no "divert" setting anywhere in Settings.

As I understand there are no such options in the phone, but I know that this can be configured by your network operator so I suggest that you give them a call and check if they can change this for you.
