xperia u not being on

When i on my mob , after showing a xperia sreen it again restarts and so goes on.. how can i slove it.. Battery is not yet empty but its not opening..

Remove SIM card and SD card and try to start the phone. If it still doesn't start I suggest that you try to repair the phone software using PC Companion:

In PC Companion, press start on Support Zone > Start on Update the phones software > Press the blue link that says "Repair phone". Do this without the phone connected and follow the instructions in the program.

Without connecting phone i pressed start on support zone , installing component is shown on d screen , its of only 2 mb but its not moving.. Should i hav to connect with mobile or what..

No it should download first and then you get instructions of how to connect the phone. 

If you couldn't complete the repair in PC Companion you can try with Update Service instead:
