i got free 100mb internet but i dont know how to use them pls help

I figure that you got 100MB free data from your network operator.

Normally you will receive a text message from your network operator when your data subscription is close of becoming full or you can use the data manager in the phone settings menu to keep an eye on data consumption.

However I suggest that you check with your network operator for more information about this.

To access Internet via mobile network you'll need Internet settings from your network operator or you can try to download these automatically via Settings > Xperia > Internet settings.

If the 3G/E/G icon next to the networks bars are present you have connection and you can browse the web by going to browser which is Chrome application in this phone.

You can turn off your Internet connection by going to Settings > More (Wireless & networks) > Mobile networks > Mobile data traffic.

The "H" symbol stands for HSDPA which means High Speed Downlink Packet Access.

I think this also commonly known as 3.5G..In short, don't worry, its just a advanced form of 3G which gives you better speeds.
