Display Problem with Xperia L

Im having display problem with my newly bought xperia l,

Was just surfing net suddenly the display quality changed...seemed like cheap china phones, and there are problems in producing black color, the black color is accompanied by white lines...completely white lines everywhere..

Please tell me what to do!

When i tilt my new xperia L and scroll up or down it appears a line on the left side of the screen i am very depressed please tell me what is that please help
