i have a problem  with a se satio , phone turns on but stays on sony ericsson white logo screen and red charge light stays on , phone wont switch off, i have to take battery out to turn off , ive used se phone repair and it say phone is up to date but no joy , when i connect  to companion care phone says connected then phone turns on then pc companion say no phone connected

Did you see PC Companion make a repair or did you just get a message that the phone is updated?

Try starting PC Companion without connecting the phone, select "Support zone", "Start" and then "Repair" and follow the instructions from the software and see if that helps.

yeah done all that pc repair but still the same ??

My SE satio u1i was still very new frm its outlook.only 3 years old.but the  white logo screen just appeal with the red charging light on.i do use pc companion to update the soft ware,but stil the same.i do send to the service center but come back with the answer that have to change the whole board.pls help........

Is the SE handphone can only last for 3 years?
