hello to all,
I have got this mobile for almost a month now, and a week ago did an update (by it self) while the battery was less that 50%.
Now the mobile is dead and i cannot bo anything. The SUS says that there is no available software for my device.
Please advice!
I suggest that you try to repair the phone software using PC Companion..
If the issue should still remain I think that this needs to be examined and fixed at a repair center. For more information about how to submit your phone for repair and where, contact your local support team.
i have tried this as well. nothing happend! :S
In that case I'd advise you to contact your local Xperia support to find your nearest service location.

On 13-11-15 I contacted one of your dealers. They said that my warranty is not valid because the
mobile phone is bought from abroad! Is this true?

Our warranty is based on different regions, so yes it may be true depending on which country you have purchased it from and where you at. Warranty may differ from market to market, this question would be best to raise with your Local support as mentioned before.
