Download not happening in playstore

Whenever I try to download something in playstore,it keeps on going and going for download, but it's not download, please help I have bought a new phone c5 ultra

Settings-apps-all,look for google play, force stop and clear data. Restart.

If you have tried alexdons suggestion, have you tried with different connections such as via Wi-Fi and/or mobile data?
