Data traffic turned on, during a call the opposite side can't hear me at all

Hi there,

When data traffic is turned on for 2nd sim, and i'm receiving or doing a call on that same sim, the opposite side can't hear me at all...

I must end a call, turn off the traffic on sim, and then make a call again, or wait for a call...

Please, is there some solution for that?

 

E Dual C1604...

Android version 4.1.1.

As the phone is dual standby,only one SIM can be active at a time.

I'm aware of that, but it's the same sim and only when the Data traffic is on...

If you set the mobile data on the first SIM,how is the second?

No, mobile data is set only on 2nd sim, and it's happening during the calls on 2nd sim and during the Viber calls as well.

Oh,it is on the same SIM?Probably it cannot handle too well both processes,as it is GSM only.I would advice you to stop by a sony centre.

Ok, it says this on gsm arena.

2G NetworkGSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900 - SIM 1 & SIM 2
3G NetworkHSDPA 900 / 2100 - C1605
 HSDPA 850 / 1900 / 2100 - C1604

Sorry, i'm not the expert in this stuff, so...

What should i ask them?

Why does that occur,that is what you should ask.I know that dual standby phones can only have 1 active SIM at a time and while one runs on 3G,the other can work on 2G also.

is that hardware or software problem? or sim problem?

Couse the nearest Center is miles from me...
