Data traffic turned on, during a call the opposite side can't hear me at all

Hi there,

When data traffic is turned on for 2nd sim, and i'm receiving or doing a call on that same sim, the opposite side can't hear me at all...

I must end a call, turn off the traffic on sim, and then make a call again, or wait for a call...

Please, is there some solution for that?

E Dual C1604...

Android version 4.1.1.

The cell is bought in Canada, i'm now in Croatia, so the warranty option is off. 

Next week i'll stop by the both sim providers and try to ask them.

Dear friends, i'm very sorry for giving no updates...

the reason is, lcd is half white after falling on the ground...

i need to fix it asap...
