Daily Morning Routine: Waking Up Z1 Compact after a night of charging

This has become my daily morning routine:

1. Remove Z1C from Charger

2. Press Power+VolumeUp button to force shutdown Z1C

3. Feel the vibration

4. Wait for a while

5. Press Power to start Z1C

Z1C just go black screen (Sudden Death) last week without any reason. The phone charge properly and shows 100% after the wake up routine.

It gets really frustrating when there is an incoming call and the phone is on "Sudden Death". It rings, no display and no way to pick it up.

Done factory reset on device .... still the same issue.

Called customer service (in Singapore) and was told to use repair function in PC companion and done it ... still the same issue.

Called again ... and told to bring it into the service centre and wait 3 waiting days for their diagnosis ... WHY SO LONG?

Really love the phone until it happen. 

Is it a hardware or software issue? Any one with similar experience and has solved it.

Given what you have already tried to resolve this problem it does sound like a hardware issue and as such it would need the repair to be completed by the authorised repair agent as you have been advised.
