I have submitted my mobile for repair for internal and external speaker problem in sony service centre, eternity mall, thane.

I was promised to return it back in 12 days.

Its already 20 days, I have still not received it.

This is very poor service provided by sony.

I will never go for sony in future and will advertise everywhere about my issue.
