touchpad issue in xperia j

last week ,my xperia j got wet while riding bike. as soon as i got home ,i took all the things from the phone,.and after  few days i put all the things and on the phone, all the function seems ok but touchpad donot respond after 1-2 min . what might be the issue ..plz help me

If your phone has been exposed to water, it may have been damaged by this. I suggest that you perform a software repair on your phone via Update Service:
