cant update latest .17 firmwire update

firmwire.... my phone is saying "soory new
fiwmwire could not install plz try again" tried so
many times bt the same happens... my bootloader
is locked... plz help me plzzz

I tried 5 times ... Phone updates half then turns on.... It comes "could not update new software sorry try again" i tried using update centre

That's probably your computer acting up, try with PCC then, also disable your firewall and antivirus

Bro i dont have a pc... Thats why im only trying with update centre... Plz guys .... Never happened that wid me... the firmwire have the problem or my phone?????

Let me see if I understood this, you are trying to update your phone directly from your phone not a computer ? how reliable is your connection?

My connection is good.... I downloaded full of the update.... When i click update phone updates half and turns on... I see the text "could not update to new softwarw try again"
