Xperia M 4.3 Update BUGS

Hi, I have Xperia M C1905 and I cannot tethering after updating to 4.3 FW. When i tried to connect with my laptop that runs Windows 7 64bit, it says "No internet access". I also tried with another PCs, and its not working too. Please help me.
