Xperia L c2105 not updating to 5.3.A.1.17

I updated my phone through my laptop, Sony PC Companion, and it said it's up to date. But my phone suddenly showed this notification, it said New System Update 15.3.A.1.17. I already updated it to that in my laptop. When I connect it to PC Companion, it doesn't show anything. But it won't come off my notifications in my phone. I tried updating it there, it doesn't work. 

Now my mobile data connection isn't working too. Help!
