Cannot answer calls using touch-screen

I am using G900, it is a touch-screen phone, I am unable to answer calls using the touch-screen option.

1) Is there any update required for the software for the same to work.

2) Can I change the settings in the mobile to answer calls using some key on the keypad.

One question, does the touchscreen works on everything else?
