Can't answer calls

Sometimes I just cannot slide the bar across the screen to answer my ringing phone.  Sometimes it just works and other times I have to miss the call.  This is driving me crazy.  Is there an answer calls using keypad option as in other phones.

I suggest that you try to repair the phone software using PC Companion..
