Thanks for suggestion. but unfortunately, i dont have enough experience about android phones and also flashing them. i have checked the link about "how to flashing" and watched some youtube videos about flashing phone. here are 2 steps so far i understood about flashing phone :
1st, i have to have a flashtool ( there is one at the link you noticed, is it ok for my xperia Z1 ? )
2nd, i have to have a firmware file which will come with some generic bla bla file..if yes, where i can find the correct one for my phone ?
Let me tell my problem in detail : i had problem on opening googleplay app. first i installed it by "sony select", because it wasnt already installed when i bought my phone. So i checked this case with customer service and told them the story. here is their reply :

We suggest that you refer to other 3rd party application providers. You may download applications to your computer first and then transfer them to your phone, then go to application installer to install into your phone."
if flashing phone is the correct solution for above problem can you please write me how to do it in detail ?
