3g Video Calling

I am used sony xperia mobile from 2008.Currently i am used sony xperia ion.i found a problem.3g video calling is not supported for this phone.please give me any plugin or software update for 3g video calling.I have many free minite for video calling but i am not able to video call.please give me any solution.urgent solution needed.i am shoked because 3rd class non brand phone able to video call but Sony smart phone not able to video call.pls help me or more users.Thanks

You probably have an Xperia X1 or X2 both were Windows 6.1 phones, the new Xperias, starting 2010 with the Xperia X10 are Android, with one exception, the Xperia X5 aka Xperia pureness, which was a feature phone. 

Android doesn't support videocalls over 3G natively, only few OEM add this feature, it was requested since 2010 but it doesn't seem likely that will be added.

You can make video calls with a data plan or wifi, you could use Gtalk/Hangouts, skype, tango, etc

hi,i know this solution.but i need 3g video call nativly.because my family is not able to operate skype or other chating apps.pls upload any plugin or update.thanks
