in 20.7 MP camera is only 4:3 resolution with high graphics, can the sony do it and 16:9 resolution in 20.7 MP? if yes the image/ video will be with highest graphics like 4:3?

it doesn't quite work like that, the latest update on the Z1 allows you to have 16:9 at 15.5mp  5248x2952
