Call Delay

There is a huge delay in making a call. please suggest any solution

which firmware r u ?? do a factory reset now and then update the device with SUS ..

http://www.sonymobile.com/in/tools/update-service/ from here download SUS and install ,, then connect ur device to SUS and follow the on scree instrucions .. install with a factory reset and back up ur contacts, msgs if needed,, and all ur downloaded apps get deleted .,.
