Xperia Z update problem

I updated my phone to android 4.2.2 Xperia good work but the phone is very sluggish Z Adroid 4.1. very nice phone too has slowed down since the last update could you help in this regard? If you'd love

i suggest that you restart your phone by press and hold the power button and the volume up button at the same time until the pone vibrates.

If you still experience the phone as slow I suggest that you try to repair the phone software using PC Companion:

Don't forget to backup your phone before you start.
