Brightness always on minimum

Hi couple weeks ago my screen cracked and I ordered new screen. I tried new screen and brightness was always on minimum so I ordered another one and same issue. So I am asking here if anybody has any solution

Are these 3Rd party screens?

Was there anything blocking the light sensor?
Go into diagnostics in settings and check the sensors

Also,check the display brightness is manual not automatic.

dont know where lighting sensor is but diagnostics test show always zero

As suspected.
Either the clearing for the light sensor isn't present, or the sensor is damaged.
Turn off auto brightness and adjust.

where/how can I clean lighting sensor?

If it's showing zero, it's not a cleaning it needs.
It's either being blocked by the print on the glass, or it is broken.
A dirty ambient sensor will still show >5 lumens
