I do not know what is going on in y phone. I just wantet to update my system by xperia companion. after some time it showed update failed. from then i could not start my phone. what i do??? please help

Hello @jib and welcome to the community!

I'm very sorry to hear about the trouble you are having with your phone.

In this case however, as @uliwooly mentioned I'd recommend performing a software repair using Xperia Companion to try and sort this out. Note that for this to be possible your phone has to be shut down and charged to at least 80%, the easiest way to make sure of this is to leave your phone connected to a charger until the LED turns green. This indicates that your phone is charged to at least 90%.
