Bluetooth unable to search any device

After update on lollipop Bluetooth unable to search any device if I try to connect any device always refused (please help me)or if someone device paired me or search me than Bluetooth work.       (t2 ultra Dual)

Make sure to have bluetooth settings open to be visible to others.

Hi Rajat1990, welcome to the community!

Try clearing the data for SmartConnect, just go into Settings > Apps > scroll across to All > scroll down to SmartConnect > tap SmartConnect & tap Clear data. Then restart your phone & try re-connecting the devices. Keep us updated.
