Bluetooth Pairing Issues

Has anyone got issues pairing their Xperia Z2 with their PC through Bluetooth? Mine couldn't pair and to my greatest dismay, Windows Error Fixing had to redirect me to Samsung's website to download the drivers for the phone. Please help! I wonder what SONY and Samsung have in common.

I cant install drivers for my  z2 after its been paired with bluetooth on PC i run windows 7 and cant find a way to solve this problem can someone help please.I have updated everything in windows but no solution even  through troubleshooting.

I have the same problem. An adviser on the virginmedia help and support forum suggested that it may not be compatible with my operating system i.e. Win 7

Peripheral Bluetooth™ devices usually do not need a driver, as Bluetooth™ is a standardised technology. All drivers which are needed to connect peripheral devices via Bluetooth™ should already be installed on the PC.

To solve this issue, you should reinstall the Bluetooth™ drivers on your PC. Please contact the manufacturer of your Bluetooth™ chipset to get the latest version of the Bluetooth™ drivers for your PC.
