Bluetooth Fix / Solutions

Hi All,

From 4.3 (Jellybeans) i had bluetooth issues like Pairing / Not discoverable by other Devices even after lollipop update.

Found a Solution by trial and error

1) Add bluetooth service (Bluetooth Share) in "Xperia stamina mode" exception list.

2) Restart the phone

3) Now Switch on Bluetooth (Note: For testing Wifi,NFC, are off)

With the above sequence i am able to connect with my Laptop.

Does this only happen while on stamina mode?

Yes, if i remove "Bluetooth share" from exep list, i am not able to connect / discover nearby devices.

That might be the way Stamina mode work, but perhaps @Johan could elaborate.

I'm not 100% sure about this but given the purpose of the Stamina mode is to limit connectivity I think this is according to specification.
