I am experiencing problem in transferring files from my Xperia Pro to my laptop using Bluetooth. On my laptop an error is coming like "A Peripheral driver is not installed." I did all the stuff but didn't getting the problem is with my laptop or phone. In fact I am able to transfer files from laptop to phone. Please advice.
You might have to contact the support of the Bluetooth device/software in your computer on this one.
Try what slim suggested above and make sure to prepare the computer for incoming files. Normally you have to right-click the Bluetooth icon in the tray (next to the clock in the bottom right corner) and choose to "Receive file" or something like that.
It's not always like this though so it's a bit hard for me to tell for sure.
