Bluetooth BMW 2012 problem

Hello,

I tried to conect my Xperia Z1 to bluetooth in BMW. It connected propertly, read phonebook, messages etc. It synchronizes all information, but after 1-2 minutes it disconnects and connects again. Synchronize again and again. When I am talking via bluetooth it disconnects me for near 10 seconds. Every phone (Samsung S3 or S2, Nokia Lumia) works propertly. Problem is with Xperia Z1.

I have the same problem here.

Bought myself a BMW 3-serie touring and a sony Xperia Z1.

During phone calls at several points there is no more connection between car and phone.

Than I have to catch my phone to hear the other person and after some seconds it reconnects again to the car.

In my BMW 5gt the same problem with last 4.2.2 version.

Toyota Land Cruiser same issue,

support not helping,

did reset, sftware restore as instructed, run bluetooth budy app, xperia media fix app ...

nothing helps. After the first pairing it keeps conversation on for minutes (checked up to more than 7).

later drops back to phone speaker in seconds or after a minute.

tried stamina on off, tested everithing except smashing the phono to the wall!

is there any help out there?

Hi,
In BMW I resolved this issue.Whatr I did was at first to update phone software to the last official not branded version. The second thing is to update car's multimedia software. BMW provide bluetooth and multimedia updates on their website - VIN is needed.

Same in Audi a5, problém solved after update in Xperia and Car bluetooth.
