Black line on back camera

Hello, as you can see below, when i take a picture or record a video, that black line appears always in the same spot.

does someone know why is this happening and how can i solve this?

I'm sorry to hear that.

I recommend that you first check so that the lens is clean as it might be something on the lens.

If that's not the cause i recommend that you contact your Local support or a service centre to have this checked and fixed.

Looks like something on the sensor to me..
Local support would be my move
