Battery is draining faster in 6.0

After updating 6.0 my battery only last long for 7-8 hr on above average use.Is there any solution to control this drainage of the battery because sony claims for two days battery life?plz help sony

Well, after updating to Marshmallow,  I am also facing the problems of Quick battery draining, Over heating and snail speed charging.

But, I find if the mobile data & wifi are turned off, the performoance improves appreciably but not to the pre Marshmallo update level.

Practicall, the phone is unusable after this update.

I am wondering when any if patch update or 3rd party solutions are available? Even,  apps like Greenefy... also do not help much.

Xperia Z3+ is unusable since 6.0 update, battery is draining and while Screen at 55% brightness is using two times less battery than Android System (current one uses 30%+ versus the screen which does use only ±15% of the battery)
Time since charge: 7h42min

Android system: uses 30% of the battery!
Screen on time: 47min (eats only 15% of the battery)

Battery remaining: 63%

Hugely dissatisfactory to not be able to do even 3 hours on screen while fully charged and with a medium brightness screen setting.

A new update has rolled out for z3+ lets see whethr the problm is srted out or not because now's days the device gets too hot to haldle in india because temp my city reach nearly to 40 C and due to which its charging speed also gets effected
