Sometimes when i disconnect the charger the battery indicates that it hasen't been charging even if it has been hooked up over night, after reboot the battery shows 100%. What can cause this error?
That is odd, please try an update/repair:
1. Before you start you have to download the PC Companion software and install it on your PC.
2. Once installed on your PC, double-click the PC Companion icon on your desktop to start the update. Note! For some models you will be prompted to do a backup prior to the update and then restore.
3. Install and open PC Companion then select Support Zone.
4. Phone Software Update.

6. Repair Phone
7. Continue
8. Accept data removal

10. Wait for prepare
11. Select Phone
12. Follow the connection steps

Please try to charge you phone via USB cable connected to a Laptop. I had the same issue, phone was't charghing after recieving a call, notification, or something like that ( or so I thought). In reality it's the fault of the socket you are charging your Phone !! because the electricity has variations and it stops charging to prevent damage to your phone. So if you charge via usb trough laptop you won't have this issue anymore. I hope more users who have this issue to see this post.

I will try it, but it's my wife's phone and she is not interesting in loosing all her data. If I make a complete backup with PC companion, will it be like before the repair when I get all the data back from the backup file?
