Battery 99%

Hey dear friends

Im using my sony xperia z for 1 year now. It hasnt had any porblem until now

 1.  Its mannual say that i can leave phone to charge overnight and it will not overcharge.

 2.  Also it says that i can charge my phone battery quite often it is actually good for the battery.

So  my question is i have noticed that when i leave my phone to charge over night it will not charge to 100% even after 6 hours. It charges only upto 99%. Is this something to worry about ?? (note everytime i left my phone "on" and charge)

I mean we cannot replace the battery easily like other phones

what can i do to overcome this ?

Is my phone battery malfunctioning ??

And these days it is running little bit slow 

Please help.

1. It should be fine, it will stop charging once it reaches 100%

3. 99% battery, restart your phone and check again.

yeahhhh when i restart the phone and charge it gain it will charge to 100%.

but the problem is i have to do it every time
