Bad camera quality

I just got my sony z1 back from sony they have switched camera lens and my camera is still bad is it because of Lollipop Update or because of the phone.

I have SONY XPERIA Z1 I disappoint with camera.
It' very noise when take picure at night and very bright when take picture at daylight. So can someone know how to fix it?

Is there any dirt/dust on camera lens?

What mode are you trying to shoot with?

Are you using flash?

Do you have a phone case installed?

I shoot photo using auto and manual mode

And my phone don't have case installed

The lens is clean

are there any scratches in the lens?

No case install no scratch in len

Try different camera settings

change the white balance (SCN off)
