Bad camera quality

I just got my sony z1 back from sony they have switched camera lens and my camera is still bad is it because of Lollipop Update or because of the phone.

Which camera settings do you have? any protectvice case or film? have you reinstalled the latest update with PCC?

I have a case but without it, it is still bad and it started happening after I updated it to lollipop 5.0

yes with PCC, upload some picture samples to box or dropbox and post them here, also check if there are any scratches on the lens, and is the flash on or off?

I already did a software repair it didn't do a difference will downgrading my phone help.

Like the bag is supposed to be navy blue not lighter blue, and if you zoom in its bad quality.
