Well, you have at least a couple of options:
1) http://www.fjsoft.at/en/downloads.php You can use My Phone Explorer on a PC, although you will also need to have PC Companion installed because the Vivaz pro is a symbian-based phone.
2) You can send contacts and notes to a PC via Bluetooth.
