Auto Restarting - Xperia SP(C5302)

Hi,

Recently I've bought my New Xperia – SP(C5302).

Now My phone is freezes and auto restarting often without any reason. Atleast once in a Day

What may be the reason..??

Mainly it restarts if I play videos which have larger in size (With 1.5-2 GB File), Especially when I forward or rewind the video its being hanged, Display freezes and restarts. also restarts when not playing videos too.

Check if you have certain apps installed such as: Battery saver-app, Task manager, Task killer-app, Anti-Virus-app.

Uninstall those apps and see if the problem is solved

If problem still persists I recommend you to do a repair of the phone software:

Start PC companion, start "Support Zone", start "Update phone software" and click on "Repair".

Follow the on-screen instructions.

I've installed Lookout, Air droid and Advance Task Killer ion the above Category, I’ve Uninstalled both. But still i got the same issue. My phone restarts Again Today

BTW, I've some Questions to ask You in this Regard.

Q1:

Are/How these apps causes those Damages to the phone.???

Q2:

Previously I was having the same Apps in my “Xperia Ray” too. There was no problem in that.??, Why this happens only in this (Xperia-SP)..??

Q3:

I think This must be a Very Serious Issue, Now What Must I Do Now for the Solution..?????????

Sunday I've tried the Repair in Sony Pc Companion. But yesterday it restarted again.  I'm facing this restarting problem atleast once a day.

most likely its an app

you do NOT need

taskillers

task managers

antivirus

ram apps

battery apps

booster apps

repair your phone once again and do not install any of those apps

There’s no such apps installed now. I’ve only games and minimal other Apps. Also as I said before I’m being restarted while playing games.

All Harmful App's (As You said) areUninstalled & Even done "Repairing: for the Second Time.

But Problem Persists the same.

repair your phone > do NOT install any app > uninstall mcafee > use your phone w/o installing any app for a day or two and see if you experience any issue, if you don't then it is an app/game/widget

i also now experience this kind of problem. everyday my phone restarts, even when im playing all my music then it stops and shutdown. -_____- . hope there is a fix for the restart problem. hope y'all respond.
