Application Memory Changed?

I bought a SD card. after installing it this notification keeps appearing when i turn on my phone.

I tried factory reset, formatting my apps and format my phone but still this notification keeps appearing.

Is this normal? because it bothers me alot.

whenever i download some app from play store in my xperia c it shows insufficient device memory but i changed the preference to sd card it always shows that.

please help to solve this problem .

but the deleted stuff keeps coming back.... its like it will never get erased

Hi, guys! so, this issues solved or not? this "Application Memory Changed" notification is REALLY annoying! and it's only this model XPERIA C2305 shows this issue
