Application Memory Changed?

I bought a SD card. after installing it this notification keeps appearing when i turn on my phone.

I tried factory reset, formatting my apps and format my phone but still this notification keeps appearing.

Is this normal? because it bothers me alot.

Go to settings-storage and try to set it to save on your internal storage.Can you do that?

I already did change the Preferred install locataion to "Device memory", "SD card" and "Let the system decide"

but still the notification keeps appearing

no problem with this notification at all, it's appear when you close and open the phone, if you change the memory from device to sd card

This is strange.Have you tried repairing via sony update service?

still no fix. after doing this update service the corner of the screen is flickering. And there is a blue and green lines in the middle of the screen
