Z5 Compact repair has taken more than a month in Beijing

Not sure where to complain about my experience.

Sent my Xperia Z5 Compact to Beijing repair center last month because of water damage. Now more than a month has passed it's still being under repair.

Customer service said that the center is waiting for replacement parts from Japan, and some parts still stuck in Japanese factory. He told me that there are other poor customers had been waiting since June.

Even new phone shipping from Japan or US to China won't take more than a week. Now it seems the only thing I can do is to wait and wait till unknown time.

I'm quite upset about the performance

If possible, can anyone forward my feedback to any people in charge?
