Android 4.4 for Xperia SL

Will xperia sl get android 4.4 or even 4.3?

If it doesn't how can I get an unofficial update?A trusted one.

i am using sony xperia sl, an the android version of my phone is 4.1.2.
from last 1 year m not receiving any further update. so please help me in this matter that when will i get further update or if there is any new update then how to update the latest version. if the present kitkat version is payable then i am ready to pay. but seriously i want to update my phone with the latest version.
