new update 15.4.A.0.23 and turn on issue

I got the new update this morning, I realized the phone was heating up a bit. Then as i was listening to music with the walkman application, the phone turned down and since then I can't turn it on. 

Whenever I tried to turn it on, only the flash light appear 3 times in red.

What can I do to fix it?

Connect to wall socket,charge for 1 hour,force restart(power button+vol up until the phone vibrates).
