Album problems

My albums does not show up, I did not notice that
. What to do? Factory reset?

Settings-apps-all-media storage,force stop and clear data.Restart the device.

my album doesnt view any photos saved in the internal storage..i have to copy them to the sdcard so as to be viewed..what seems to be the problem?
