After update problem Xperia P

Hello,

I bought my mobile 2 weeks ago.

Yesterday I update my mobile to version Android 4.0.4. - 6.1.B.0.544 and i got this new staff. But I spotted some problems. In gallery when I scrolling my album, my pictures I noticed that mobile pauses between images,like it freeze and after sec it move on.


I noticed and one more problem, when I open my gallery,it shows me for example, in september 20little pictures. When a start to scroll to November, a mobile shows me a black screen,like it freeze and refresh album and then show again all pictures.

I think that my update didnt pass well,but I dont know,if someone have same problem please write. Going to service is my last option.

I move across my photos with out any lag... Try repairing your software...

do you have a taskiller or antivirus that might be running in the background?

If the problem occurred after having run the update then it would be worth running a repair as the update may not have applied correctly:

1. Before you start you have to download the PC Companion software from http://www.sonymobile.com/gb/tools/pc-companion/

and install it on your PC.

2. Once installed on your PC, double-click the PC Companion icon on your desktop to start the update.

Note! For some models you will be prompted to do a backup prior to the update and then restore.

3. Install and open PC Companion then select Support Zone.

4. Phone Software Update.

5. Start.

6. Repair Phone

7. Continue

8. Accept data removal

9. Next

10. Wait for prepare

11. Select Phone

12. Follow the connection steps
