Advice needed

I am from Croatia. Bought my XL in T-Mobile but due warranty I get another XL that's unlocked.

I have 15.3.A.0.26 built number.

Today I get notification about new update 15.3.A.1.14 via OTA but never got notify about 15.3.A.1.12 ( I was checking via mobile Update Center and via PC with PC Companion and SUS ). 

Why is that and is it OK to update to 15.3.A.1.14?

its all write, you should updated to..... 1.14.
always the update comes first by PCC or SUS than OTA(couple of weeks after PCC) also the availability of update depends upon region to region.

Well this time OTA update came day after or maybe just couple of hours because I was checking by PCC and SUS every two days.
Thanks for respond.
For now... I'm really in temptation to update.
So many people are complaining about phone freeze after call,zeros in call log and continuously restarting after last update...
