I have bought Xperia z1 from flipkart India. It's still under warranty and also under accidental damage protection. My charging cap also broken and have the n broken cap. Is this come under warranty? I contacted service center and they are asking money to replace this. And they tell that they don't have stock of this spare part for past one month. They don't give any compliant or reference no. I don't know how to solve this problem. Sony service center in Chennai Tambaram really **bleep**. I never buy any Sony product. After this.
