as far as i know .. 919 error is becouse of low memory problem... all trick above is to free up some space than go instal or update your app... wait and see for a couple of days .. error 919 occured again when we got to update or instal some apps...
its a bad choice for me to use xperia C .. 4 Giga of memory divided for system apps and usb OTG so leave us with a very little space to works...
my opinion sony should never sell 4 Giga phone anymore.. its just not enough!
Method 1
Clear your cache and data now. For this, follow these steps:
1. Go to menu>settings
2. Go to Application and then press manage application.
3. Now select google play.
4. Then you have to click on clear cache.
5. After that come to the home screen.
6. Go to download manager.
7. Select clear data.

This solution just does not work.
Serious regrets for having bought this phone. Not able to download a single app, aprat from what came with the phone.
Another issue is I can eaither have m y Yahoo mail working or the company mail .If one starts working , the other wont.Deleted the Yahoo and tried to download again. The same 919 again.Extremely frustrating !
This does not work.Tried several times.
Its just absurd....feel like junking the phone.
hi sir,
I am a sony xperia C user.I am facing this problem everytime i download any app from store. Is this something related to internal memory of phone?please help me out.
thanking you.
Does it happen with wifi or mobile data?It seems there isn't a fix for that.Check here
why am ia having error 919 in my xperia c ?
Actually, with some simple math you can see why it has only how much you get.Just multiply the memory in GB with 10^9 and divide with 1024^3,how many bytes are in a GB.From that, the system has its part and the default apps.
