Dear SONY TEAM,
After 6.0.1 update, I found that, when I try to have screenshot, it adds unneeded menu signs. Before update, it was taking very clear screenshots of my taken photos on FULLSCREEN***
Here's the explanation of WHAT I DO:
I take a photo; as you know, when you go to ALBUM, you can view your photos full screen without signs like menu-back-options etc. Before update, I was zooming my photo and I was having VERY CLEAR SCREENSHOT of my zoomed photo. But now, after update, it adds MENU-OPTIONS etc signs; these signs were disappearing before update, now these signs can not disappear and they are on my screenshot photos... this is really embrassing...
Please have an update or tell me the way of HowTo downgrade****
Kind Regards
Can Kurdi

Kind Regards
My volume buttons are working properly.
Are you using 6.0.1?
Because before my 6.0.1 update, it was working perfect***
Regards
I tried to boot with Power Button+Volume down, there is no SAFE MODE***
Are you sure?
Regards
Did you followed the steps correctly, remember that you are on Marshmallow (same steps as lollipop)
But if you are the only one experiencing and issue, it's probably that there's a problem with your phone.
Did you try to have fullscreen screenshot?
Do you really know how to run SAFE MODE on a Sony Z3 with 6.0.1? If you really know, share with me***
Kind Regards
Can Kurdi
Ever since I upgraded to the latest OS Android version 6.0.1 on my Sony Z3 I am also having idntical problems when taking a screenshot on my mobile. I specificcaly bought the Z3 for the camera capabilities - this is a now a real let-down - I don't understand why Sony are not addressing this problem as it must be annoying many other Xperia Z3 users
